Effective date: May 12, 2026. These Terms apply to KanbanBot's English-language service experience in the United States, including the web app, Telegram integration, AI-assisted features, and related services.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KanbanBot, including the KanbanBot.online website, the web application, Telegram bot features, AI-assisted features, task boards, collaboration tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you use the Service for a company, team, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
KanbanBot provides online task boards for organizing work, projects, personal plans, to-do lists, and collaborative workflows. The Service may be available through a browser, Telegram, and other integrations. Features may include task creation, board sharing, comments, notifications, AI-assisted board or task generation, and voice input through supported channels.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access if needed for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for your account, Telegram access, shared links, credentials, devices, and any activity that occurs through your access to the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when required and to keep your access secure.
4. User content and licenses
You retain ownership of tasks, boards, comments, prompts, uploaded or entered text, voice-derived content, and other materials you submit to the Service ("User Content"). You grant KanbanBot a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use User Content as needed to operate, secure, support, improve, and provide the Service.
You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. Do not submit sensitive personal data, regulated health data, payment card data, government identifiers, or confidential information unless you are authorized to do so and the Service feature is appropriate for that use.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes:
- violating applicable law, third-party rights, or platform rules;
- uploading malware, attempting unauthorized access, scraping, probing, or disrupting the Service;
- using the Service to send spam, phishing, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or harmful content;
- reverse engineering, copying, or reselling the Service except as permitted by law or written agreement;
- using automated methods to overload the Service or bypass usage limits;
- submitting illegal, infringing, or privacy-invasive content.
We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or report activity to appropriate authorities when we believe it is necessary.
6. AI and automated features
The Service may use AI or automated tools to generate tasks, board structures, summaries, suggestions, or other outputs. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific needs. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.
You should not use AI features for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety-critical, or other high-stakes decisions without review by qualified professionals. We do not guarantee that AI outputs are unique, error-free, or free from third-party claims.
7. Third-party services and integrations
The Service may interoperate with third-party platforms and providers, including Telegram, hosting providers, analytics providers, AI providers, payment processors, email providers, and other infrastructure services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, policy changes, content, security practices, or data handling except to the extent required by applicable law.
8. Free and paid features
KanbanBot may offer free features and optional paid plans, add-ons, or usage-based limits. Prices, plan features, and billing periods may change with notice where required by law. Taxes may apply.
Unless a separate refund policy or applicable law provides otherwise, payments are non-refundable and fees are charged in advance. If a payment fails or a plan expires, we may limit or suspend paid features.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, use the Service abusively, or if continued operation is no longer commercially or technically practical.
After termination, we may retain or delete User Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy, backup practices, legal obligations, and legitimate business needs.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, availability, and security.
We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements, that tasks or boards will never be lost, that third-party integrations will always work, or that the Service will be free from errors, interruptions, vulnerabilities, or harmful components.
11. Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KanbanBot and its owners, operators, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to KanbanBot for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KanbanBot and its owners, operators, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
12. Disputes, arbitration, and class action waiver
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@kanban.online and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed as described below.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and not as a class, consolidated, representative, or private attorney general action. You and KanbanBot waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable consumer or commercial arbitration rules, unless the parties agree otherwise. This section does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief for misuse of intellectual property, unauthorized access, or security abuse.
You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days after first accepting these Terms by sending an email to support@kanban.online with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your account identifier.
13. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If changes are material, we will provide notice where reasonably practical. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Service operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@kanban.online.
